Integration Capabilities

Energy efficiency platform (Matrix.NET) has been developed for purpose of seamless integration with other IT application that can be used for total energy efficiency solution. Following picture is representing integration capabilities with most common application for energy efficiency. On the left side are Matrix native applications (which can be also 3dr party applications) and on the right side are 3rd party applications.

Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) refers to systems that measure, collect and analyse energy usage, from advanced devices such as electricity meters, gas meters, and/or water meters, through various communication media on request or on a pre-defined schedule. This infrastructure includes hardware, software, communications, customer associated systems and meter data management (MDM) software.

Building Automation System (BAS) is an example of a distributed control system. Building automation describes the functionality provided by the control system. The control system is a computerized, intelligent network of electronic devices, designed to monitor and control the mechanical and lighting systems in a building.
